Module 1 Construction Adjudication-Members-(6th October)

This module provides candidates with the knowledge required to understand the nature and purpose of adjudication and the adjudication process.

This course focuses on the processes followed by an Adjudicator in defining one’s role, obligations, powers, immunity, jurisdiction and principles required in the management of the reference from the time of referral to the final decision.

The course will take the form of two (2) Tutorials (lectures & discussions). It is based on the content of a Workbook which will be collected after finalizing with the application process in advance.
