CIArb Kenya Branch Chairman FCS Jaqueline Waihenya expresses her deepest gratitude to all the valued partners, fellows, and members who attended the significant event of celebrating 40 Years of Excellence in Arbitration & ADR in Kenya.

CIArb Kenya appreciates the CJ for leading the book launch and also congratulates her for the launch of her publication entitled "A Multidoor Exploration of Dispute Resolution in Kenya: Unlocking Justice."

In marking the Ciarb Kenya at 40 conference we had the privilege of signing an MOU with UNICAF that will see Ciarb Members get upto 80% scholarships in universities abroad from Bachelors.

A very successful ADR talk on the Arbitration in the resolution of disputes in the Banking & Financial Service sector was held on 8th May 2024.

A very successful inaugural Justice Jonny Havelock Annual Lecture was held on 13th March 2024. It was hosted by our Chairman Jacqueline Waihenya.
