Description

Adjudication is a process of expeditiously resolving construction disputes while construction is in progress by an independent person, the Adjudicator. The Course is suitable for members or non-members of the Institute who are involved directly or indirectly with the Construction Industry e.g. Engineers, Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Contractors, Developers, and Construction Lawyers etc. and is a prerequisite for those who wish to join the Institute as Associate Members. The Course is followed by submission of a post course online examination. A pass in this examination qualifies one to join the Institute as an Associate member.
