About the Role
Reporting to the Business Development & Marketing Manager, the Marketing and Communications Assistant will support the Branch’s marketing, communications, and brand visibility initiatives while promoting Ciarb Kenya’s training programmes, events, and membership services.
The successful candidate will play a key role in:
- Promoting Ciarb Kenya’s training programmes, conferences, events, and member services.
- Developing engaging marketing materials, newsletters, presentations, and website content.
- Managing and growing the Branch’s social media presence.
- Coordinating webinars, seminars, conferences, and networking events.
- Supporting brand visibility and implementing marketing strategies.
- Conducting market research and maintaining communication databases.
- Assisting with event planning, logistics, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
Who Should Apply?
We are looking for an enthusiastic professional who is passionate about marketing, communications, and creating meaningful engagement.
Applicants should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
- A basic understanding of arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) will be an added advantage.
