Mediation has become one of the fastest-growing methods of dispute resolution in Kenya and globally. Recognized under Article 159(2)(c) of the Constitution of Kenya, mediation offers a cost-effective, confidential, and collaborative approach to resolving disputes.
The continued expansion of the Judiciary’s Court-Annexed Mediation Programme has also created a growing demand for qualified and accredited mediators across commercial, employment, family, and civil disputes.

Following the training, participants will undertake the Commercial Mediation Accreditation Assessment on 26th August 2026.
