2.3 Refunds will only be issued as per our refund policy (see Section 6).

3.2 Services are provided as described on our website, and CIArb reserves the right to modify course content or event details without notice.

6. Refund Policy
6.1 Refunds for training courses or conferences may be issued if cancellation occurs 14 days before the scheduled start date.
6.2 Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after the stated period or for non-attendance.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 CIArb Kenya is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
7.2 CIArb’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
8. Governing Law
8.1 These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Kenya.
8.2 Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under CIArb’s own rules.
