The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Ciarb) Kenya Branch successfully held the Ngong Hills Challenge 2026 on Saturday, 13 June 2026, bringing together members, ADR practitioners, and friends of the Branch for a day of adventure, wellness, networking, and community building.

The challenge saw participants gather early at the Ciarb Kenya offices before heading to the iconic Ngong Hills, where they embarked on the rewarding task of conquering the famous seven hills. Against the backdrop of breathtaking scenery and fresh mountain air, participants demonstrated resilience, teamwork, and determination as they completed the hike.

Beyond the physical challenge, the event provided a unique platform for members to connect outside the professional setting. As an institution committed to fostering strong professional relationships, Ciarb Kenya recognizes the importance of creating opportunities for members to engage, network, and share experiences in an informal environment.

The day culminated in a networking session over Nyama Choma, where participants reflected on the hike, exchanged ideas, and strengthened the bonds that unite the ADR community. These interactions continue to play a vital role in building a vibrant and supportive membership network.

The Ngong Hills Challenge forms part of Ciarb Kenya’s broader commitment to member engagement, wellness, and professional development. By combining outdoor activities with networking opportunities, the Branch aims to create meaningful experiences that contribute to both personal well-being and professional growth.

We extend our sincere appreciation to all participants who joined us and contributed to the success of the event. Your enthusiasm, energy, and camaraderie made the day truly memorable.
As we celebrate this achievement, we look forward to organizing more engaging activities that bring our members together while promoting the values of collaboration, excellence, and community that define CIArb Kenya.

Challenge accomplished. Memories created. Connections strengthened.
