Date: August 9, 2025
Location: Karura Forest, Nairobi
This past weekend, CIArb Kenya hosted an unforgettable morning of nature, connection, and creativity during our themed event “Cinema on the Trail” at the serene Karura Forest.
Under the peaceful canopy of indigenous trees and the melodies of birdsong, members of all generations — from senior Fellows to young members and aspiring future members — gathered to share in a refreshing outdoor experience that blended wellness, networking, and a touch of cinematic magic.

Nature, Networking, and New Connections
The walk offered not just a chance to enjoy the beauty of Karura Forest but also served as a platform for meaningful conversations and cross-generational connections. In the spirit of community and collaboration, members bonded over shared interests in dispute resolution, professional growth, and the great outdoors.
Following the walk, attendees enjoyed a relaxed painting session, where creativity flowed as freely as the conversations. It was a welcome opportunity to slow down, reflect, and connect in a casual, inspiring environment.
