About the Course
This module provides a comprehensive understanding of the principles of Contract Law and Tort Law in the context of how disputes arise and how they may be resolved. The course covers both common law and civil law concepts, ensuring a well-rounded grounding suitable for practitioners in diverse jurisdictions.
It is ideal for individuals who may not have previously studied law but wish to understand the essential elements of the law of obligations that influence commercial disputes.
The course consists of four tutorials presented through lectures, presentations, and online discussions. It is based on a Workbook, which is available upon completion of the application process.Who Should Attend?
