New Fellows

The Ciarb Kenya Branch had the privilege of training the judges of the Supreme Court in Arbitration this past year including the President of the Supreme Court, Hon the Chief Justice Martha Koome. We are proud to announce that they are now qualified distinguished Fellows of CIArb giving them the accolades FCIArb.

This is a great reason to celebrate as now the judges of the highest court of the land join the ranks of distinguished Arbitrators ensuring that there is coherence between courts and Arbitration, It also goes ahead to provide confidence in the Kenyan judicial system especially in its position as an ideal seat for international Arbitration.
