The ADR Journal Vol.14 Issue 2 The ADR Journal is a publication by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), Kenya that spearheads intellectual discourse on pertinent and germane issues in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and other related fields of knowledge.

Arbitration Rules These rules have been revised to accord with the provisions of the Arbitration Act, No. 4 of 1995 (as amended from time to time) and are primarily applicable to non-administered or noninstitutional arbitration within the jurisdiction of the Republic of Kenya.

In the recent series of ADR Talks, Prof Githu Muigai, Funke Adekoya Jonathan Ripley-Evans, Dr. Wilfred Mutubwa OGW LL.D FCIArb Chartered Arbitrator were hosted and moderated by the CIArb Kenya Chairperson Jacqueline Waihenya – Chartered Arbitrator, FCS, LLM.

Analyzing the Nigeria v. P&ID Arbitration case; the panelists shared their insights and takeaways and most importantly the lessons for investors and host states as they arose in the matter.
