The ADR Journal Vol.14 Issue 2 The ADR Journal is a publication by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), Kenya that spearheads intellectual discourse on pertinent and germane issues in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and other related fields of knowledge.

Arbitration Rules These rules have been revised to accord with the provisions of the Arbitration Act, No. 4 of 1995 (as amended from time to time) and are primarily applicable to non-administered or noninstitutional arbitration within the jurisdiction of the Republic of Kenya.

Digital Marketing Training

The Board Members, Conference planning committee and the Secretariat on Tuesday were taken through a digital marketing training to hone their skills to better serve the membership and the ADR community on the digital space.

Verge Digital facilitated the training at the Ciarb Secretariat led by Cedrick Nzomo the lead trainer.

The branch is keen on continuous development of its secretariat and board members to enhance productivity and delivery of excellent services.
