Following the signing of an MOU with KISM, Ciarb conducted a training with the KISM Disciplinary Committee where the participants were taken through an intense ADR course and its applicability in resolving disciplinary cases. Courses on Entry Course as well as Mediation have been scheduled for KISM members in 2024.
