The ADR Journal Vol.14 Issue 2 The ADR Journal is a publication by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), Kenya that spearheads intellectual discourse on pertinent and germane issues in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and other related fields of knowledge.

Arbitration Rules These rules have been revised to accord with the provisions of the Arbitration Act, No. 4 of 1995 (as amended from time to time) and are primarily applicable to non-administered or noninstitutional arbitration within the jurisdiction of the Republic of Kenya.

CIArb Kenya & Africa in the Moot partner

Mooting is at the heart of many success stories of young professionals. It has been a great tool and platform that has opened numerous opportunities for students across the globe. That is why Ciarb has partnered with Africa in the Moot to combine synergies and elevate the Mooting Experience for Mooters across the region. As a result of this partnership, there will be annual Moot competitions not only within Kenya but the region, onboarding students from Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ethipia, South Africa among others to create a truly international Experience. The moot competition scheduled for November will not take place instead a bigger stage is being set up for one in Q1 2024.
