CIArb Kenya pays NCIA Courtesy Call

The Branch appreciate the  NCIA that honored our request for Courtesy call. Since the signing of the MOU in 2019, We appreciate the strides that both Institutions have made in promoting and growing the relevance of Alternative Dispute Resolution in Kenya.  We recognize the growth and assignments advance by the Centre which compliments the role of both institutions in Training, sensitization, Policy consideration and appointment of dispute resolvers and advancing the assignment to make Nairobi as a preferred destination in matters dispute resolution.

The The Branch applauds the NCIA in Championing the Nairobi Arbitration Week to showcase the potential of Kenya and the Continent of its expertise, success in the ADR Space. As a strategic partner, we look forward to a time of sharing experience and continue to build our own African networks in ADR for Africa and beyond.
