CIArb Kenya was well represented at the launching of the Global Arbitration Review Live Africa “(Dis)unity, sustainable development, and international arbitration” held on 29th November 2023. Leading practitioners from across Africa and further discussed topics including the status quo of energy disputes to how international arbitration can be the blueprint to facilitate progress on broader ecological, social, and political issues on the continent.
