CIArb Kenya successfully organized an induction training for newly qualified Dispute Resolution Practitioners who have qualified to be enrolled to the Roll of Neutrals. This Training was introduced by the Branch as part of its Mentorship & Guidance mandate to ensure that those seeking to join the Roll of Neutrals are well prepared, empowered and qualified for Appointments and the Practice of ADR in general. The Objectives of the Training were to Mentor & Guide new professionals into the Practice of ADR. The training was mandatory for those who are qualified Members(MCIArb and FCIArb) have sat their mentorship program, and are looking to be enrolled to the Roll of Neutrals.
