The Bar Council of England & Wales pays CIArb Kenya a Courtesy Call

The The Bar Council of England and Wales paid a courtesy call on the ciarb Kenya during their visit in Kenya earlier this week. The were hosted by the chairman Jacqueline Waihenya – Chartered Arbitrator, FCS, LLM who was joined by board members Dr. Wyne Kenneth, Samuel Mbiriri Nderitu, FCIArb, FMIArb and Secretariat CHEBETT KOSKE and Evelyne W. Kimani.

Discussions revolved around leveraging on the synergies of the respective organizations aiming to explore opportunities of knowledge transference, capacity building, networking opportunities and mentorship.

Of key highlight is the resolve for CIArb Young Members Group, Kenya collaborate with the Bar’s Young Members initiatives.

The delegation from the bar council consisted of Philip Robertson, Melisha Charles, @Hammad Baig and Amrit K. Dhanoa

2024 holds a lot of promise and we look forward to the collaborations between Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Kenya Branch and The Bar Council of England and Wales
