The 2nd Mediation Conference was a great success with the institute hosting close to 250 delegates. The conference was opened by the Hon. Chief Justice and President of the Supreme Court of Kenya who was represented by the Hon. Deputy Chief Justice and Vice President Supreme Court of Kenya Lady Justice Philomena Mwilu. Discussions revolved around the conference main theme of Standardization of Mediation in Kenya, Adopting Best Practices.

The Mediation Conference is an annual event by the Branch instituted in 2022 aimed at addressing issues of Mediation Practice as well as creating a platform for Mediators to network, exchange ideas and build their professional capacity.
