Young Arbitrators Society Conference

Young Arbitrators Society at Kenyatta University School of Law Parklands Campus organized the first-ever conference “Exploring New Frontiers: The Integration of Students into Alternative Dispute Resolution ADR” held on 29th September, 2022.

They thanked CIArb Chairperson Ms. Jaqueline Waihenya for her valuable insights, engaging discussions, and willingness to share her experiences on the future of lawyers in ADR, the impact of ADR on the legal profession, and the place of sports arbitration as a career avenue, which were truly enlightening. Ms.Waihenya diverse perspectives and expertise brought to the conference enriched understanding on the subject matter and inspired to delve deeper into the world of Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms.
